Technical Data
Product Description:
A water-based fluoropolymer when applied on natural stone surfaces creates a long-lasting
invisible barrier that virtually locks-out oils, grease, water, stains, and dirt.
The sealer appears nearly colorless and clear.
The pH is 7.5 to 8.5 and it will not damage stone.
Uses:
For protection of all natural stone such as marble, limestone, granite, travertine,
and slate as well as grout, concrete, brick, Saltillo and clay tile.
Application:
Spread Sealer evenly with a paint roller, brush or lambs wool applicator. Work sealer
into stone with applicator.
Allow contact on stone for 30 minutes.
Wipe off excess, if any, with wet sponge.
Coverage:
Depends on porosity of the stone.
For polished stone:
200 - 300 sq. ft. per quart.
800 - 1200 sq. ft. per gallon
For very porous stone:
50 – 100 sq. ft. per quart
200 – 400 sq. ft. per gallon
Maintenance:
Use Brightstone Clean-N-Seal
Handling and Storage:
Store in closed container. Keep in a cool dry area. Do not allow to freeze.
Caution:
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN
If swallowed: Do not induce vomiting; drink large quantities of water.
Eye and skin contact: Flush with water.

of the stone rendering it clean and silky smooth.
Uses:
For cleaning natural stone such as marble, granite, limestone, slate, as well as,
ceramic porcelain, concrete, and quarry tile.
Dilution Instruction:
Dilute cleaner with water according to its intended use.
For light cleaning use 4 oz per gallon.
For filmy residue use 8 oz per gallon.
For heavy soiling use 12 oz per gallon.
Application:
Apply diluted Cleaner and rub stone surface with a sponge or towel.
Wipe Dry.
For floors use sponge mops or a wet dry vacuum.
Coverage:
Coverage depends on the type of stone, degree of soiling and method of cleaning.
Maintenance:
Always seal natural stone to prevent stains. For stain protection, use Brightstone
Sealers.
Limitations:
Will not remove deep set stains and etch marks from natural stone.
